Illuminate Life Company does not accept returns. Please report errors or damages to support@illuminatelifecompany.com within 3 business days of the delivery date. Errors must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date. Please consult the size chart on the item before checking out!

Exchanges will be subject to a processing fee of up to $15 per item. Please email support@illuminatelifecosmetics.com in order to receive exchange instructions. Exchanges are not available on limited release and exclusive items. Please fully ensure your order is correct before checking out!
